The logical framework of the project. 5. Role and responsibilities of project team members. 6. Project manager competence. 7. Create WBS using selected tools and techniques. 8. Time planning of the project. Methods of network analysis. CPM, PERT. 9. Project costs. Project budget preparation. 10. Project risk management. Risk mapping method with risk map. RIPRAN method. 11. Analysis of optimal use of human resources. 12. Stakeholders of the project. 13. Monitoring and project control. 14. Project evaluation. Identify possible causes of success or failure of the project.
