Course content
Road Transport Infrastructure, Road Law, Road Traffic Charges. Construction of road freight vehicles, loading of cargo and its fixation. Business in transport, transport and green logistics, international institutions and associations of the Czech Republic. Transport legal relations, transport contract and CMR convention. Drivers work, working modes. Customs clearance, TIR transit procedure. Forwarding, forwarding contract. Railway transport infrastructure, organization of rail transport. Construction of railway trucks, loading of cargo and its fixation. Freight relations, freight bill, and CIM bill of lading, wagon consignment. Train creation, work of marshalling yards. Intermodal transport systems, terms, ISO containers, swap bodies, rolling containers. Technical base and infrastructure of intermodal transport, translation mechanisms and means of transport. Transport legal relations, tariff conditions, price for transport, packing, loading and fixation of goods.
