Legal risks and their prevention. Risks as an economic-political and management category. Public administration organization incl. principles and their impact on functioning and management. Strategic planning, decision-making and management of regional local administration of companies. Financial risks of organizations and their control. Risks, quality, performance and innovation. Customer satisfaction and its value to the organization. Portfolio and cash flow analysis. Introduction of new products on the market and their risks. Risks, globalization and economic crime.
