|
Basic approaches to process management and improvement. Operative production planning. Logistic methods. Production standardization. Storage systems and warehouse operations. Risks in inventory management. Distribution and its limitations. Reverse logistics as a source of raw materials for production. Transportation planning and its technological limitations (driving time and safety breaks, etc.). Transport of dangerous goods (road and rail transport). Green logistics. Labor code, safety and protection of workers at work.
