Course content
Výsledky prekladov Výsledok prekladu 1. The essence and principles of modeling logistic and production processes; 2. Modeling - definition and basic concepts. The relationship between modeling and simulation; 3. Definition and classification of logistic and production processes; 4. Modeling of logistic and production processes, basic elements and structures; 5. Process map of the production process; 6. Methodology of simulation of logistic and production processes; 7. Tools for eliminating waste, losses and supporting lean production (5S, TPM, AM, SMED, OEE, LCIA, AMP, Poka-Yoke, Andon); 8. Modern methods of increasing the performance of enterprises SIX SIGMA, LEAN and TOC; 9. Theory of limitations in the practice of modeling logistic and production processes; 10. Comparison of bottleneck management systems in the logistics and production process; 11. Tools for 2D / 3D visualization of workplaces in logistics; 12. Simulation of logistic and production processes, practical case studies of modeling and simulation; 13. Modeling of logistics and production processes with the support of selected SW (WITNESS, ARENA, Factor/AIM, DELMIA QUEST, ExtendSim, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation).
