Course content
Logistics system, logistics division, logistics goals. Marketing logistics, marketing. Sales Logistics, Sales, Costumer services. Purchasing logistics, suplier relationship management. Logistic and supply management. Storage logistics, warehouse management. Organization of production processes, production logistics Current approaches in production management, specific forms Lean methods and tools in manufacturing and business logistics. Logistics cost, logistics controlling. Planning and improvement of supply logistics processes. Material flow design in relation to efficient logistic processes. Logistics and transport, activities in external and internal transport. Reverse logistics
