Course content
1. Introduction to the study of the subject, crisis management terminology, crisis management system, crisis management bodies. 2. Components of the integrated rescue system, their coordination and management levels. Documentation of the integrated rescue system. Communication within the integrated rescue system. 3. Use of components of the integrated rescue system in international cooperation. Training of components of the integrated rescue system and crisis management bodies, logistical security of the integrated rescue system. 4. Organization and activity of fire protection units in the Czech Republic. 5. Disaster medicine. Tasks and activities of the medical unit at the scene of intervention. 6. The importance of the Army of the Czech Republic within the IZS, the use of the army in non-military crisis situations. The importance of armed security forces within the IZS. 7. The role of central administrative authorities within the crisis management system. Crisis management in healthcare. 8. The role of territorial self-governing units in the crisis management system. The importance of non-governmental non-profit organizations in dealing with extraordinary events and crisis situations. 9. Economics of crisis situations. Sources of financing in the resolution of crisis situations. Economic factors of economic measures for crisis situations. Economic aspects of critical infrastructure functionality. 10. Logistic security of economic measures for crisis situations. Logistical aspects of mobilization supplies and state material reserves. 11. Solving crisis situations of a military nature. 12. Crisis management in organizations. Business Continuity Management. 13. Crisis communication. Psychosocial assistance.
