Course content
1.Essential notions from the purchasing field - material flow, logistics, purchasing logistics. 2.Aim and function of the purchasing. 3.Purchasing process. 4.Historical development of the purchasing. 5.Purchasing strategy and purchasing organization in a company. 6.Inventory management issues. 7.Selection and evaluation of the suppliers. 8.Consumption forecasting, purchasing plans creation. 9.Outsourcing, the sourcing in the global market time. 10.INCOTERMS - the transportation issues on the side of company's entry. 11.Purchasing performance indicators. 12.Design of purchasing logistics management system, logistics information system. 13.Long-time sustainable development concept and environment protection. 14.Negotiate process, managerial role of a purchaser, purchaser personality.
