Course content
- Modern concepts of personnel management in the context of crisis management. - Personnel planning process of recruiting and selecting employees. - The process of employee orientation in the company. - Motivation and stimulation of employees, motivational program of the company. - Personnel development and staff training. - Performance management and job evaluation. - Remuneration of employees and wage policy. - Corporate culture and employee care. - Safety and protection of workers at work. - Employee dismissal, retirement and outplacement. - Business crisis and impact on human resources management. - Human resources management in specific conditions.
