Course content
The main topics: - Central state administration bodies and their factual, financial and logistical support for crisis management. - General principles of public sector operation and management. - Public finances and the budgetary process. - Budgetary rules and financing of crisis situations. - Non-governmental non-profit organizations and their tasks in crisis management. - Public collections and voluntary activities in relation to emergencies. - Insurance as a source of financing crisis situations. - Economic measures for crisis situations, emergency management system, defense and civil emergency planning. - The system of necessary supply creation and the system of state material reserves. - Economic aspects of critical infrastructure functionality. - Humanitarian aid at national and international level. - European funds as a source of funding for crisis situations. - Czech National Bank as a crisis management subject. - Importance of international institutions in crisis management.
