1. Subject of Psychology and main psychological trends. 2. Research methods in psychology. 3. Characteristics of the human psyche (experience, behavior, behavior of a person in a crisis) 4. Cognitive processes (perception, attention, thinking, memory, imagination and fantasy). 5. Emotions (development, meaning, regulation, emotional intelligence). 6. Human personality (develop mental periods, temperament, character and free qualities, typology). 7. Abilities, intelligence, learning (development, the possibility of influence). 8. Human behavior and its causes (needs, motivations, attitudes and their changes, interests). 9. Man and society I (basics of social psychology, socialization, social role, social status, generation, social motivation). 10. Man and Society II (group and crowd psychology, conformity, coalition, propaganda, social conflicts). 11. Basics od psychology of human communication (verbal, non-verbal). 12. Communication skills (assertive communication, non-violet communication, solution-oriented communication). 13. Basics of communication skills wtih a person in crisis. 14. Psychohygiene (the effect of stress on an individual´s psyche, defense mechanisms and coping strategies, burnout syndrome).
