Course content
1. Introduction to crisis management. 2. Legislative framework of crisis management. 3. Conceptual and categorical apparatus of crisis management. 4. Threat and risk theory, risk maps, basic methods of analysis and risk reduction. 5. Crisis management and its development. Crisis and its definition. Systemic concept of crises. 6. Creation of crisis strategies, process of crisis strategy change management. 7. Crisis management and society development. 8. Crisis and risk communication. 9. Decision-making in crisis situations. 10. International and ethical aspects of crisis management. 11. Information system in crisis management. 12. Financing crisis management in public administration. 13. Control as a tool of crisis management in public administration. 14. Crisis management and security system
