Course content
1. Introduction to the study. Characteristics of the organization. 2. Corporate social responsibility ISO 26000. CSR manager. 3. Process management. 4. Quality management systems - characteristics of the basic set of ISO 9000 series standards, requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. 5. Process control in quality management systems according to ISO 9001, basic characteristics, principles, definition of process control criteria. 6. Standard ISO 9004 - Managing the sustainable success of the organization. Differences in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and the process approach. Improvement methodology. Basic methods and tools of quality improvement. 7. Occupational safety management systems. 8. Environmental management. 9. Energy management. Information security. 10. ISO 31000 risk management, crisis management. 11. Integrated management system (ISM) in the organization, IMS structure. 12. Implementation of the Integrated Management System, documentation, IMS requirements, planning, ISM support, ISM operation requirements. 13. Internal audit of the integrated quality, environment and health and safety management system: according to ISO 9001, 14000, 45000. (Meaning, principles, communication, course of the internal audit.). 14. Integrated management system and its application in selected industries.
