Course content
1. Introduction to the study, business processes and their functions. Concept of quality management systems. 2. Quality management systems - characteristics of the basic set of ISO 9000 series standards, requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. 3. Process control in quality management systems according to ISO 9001, basic characteristics, principles, definition of process control criteria and creation of a process map. 4. Quality management in the stages of design and development. Basic methods and tools of quality planning. 5. Quality management processes in purchasing. Evaluation of customer and employee satisfaction, procedures and methodologies. Complaints and claims handling process (ISO 10002 and 10003). 6. Standard ISO 9004 - Managing the sustainable success of the organization. Differences in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and process approach. 7. Improvement methodology. Basic methods and tools of quality improvement. 8. Corporate social responsibility ISO 26000. CSR manager. 9. Quality management system in public administration, CAF manager. Quality management in healthcare. 10. Integrated management system (ISM) in the organization, IMS structure. 11. Implementation of the Integrated Management System, documentation, requirements for IMS, planning, ISM support, requirements for ISM operation. 12. Performance evaluation, improvement. Industry standards and costs of implementing ISM. 13. Internal audit of the integrated quality, environment and health and safety management system: according to ISO 9001, 14000, 45000. (Meaning, principles, communication, course of internal audit performance.)
