Course content
Main topics of the subject - Introduction to the course, conceptual decision making processes, uncertainties and uncertainties. - Decision making process and its phase. - Monte Carlo method. - Decision making under certainty, point scale, allocation of 100 points, pair comparisons and multi-criteria evaluation. - Decision making under uncertainty, probabilistic trees. - Decision-making on risk, rules of expected value, utility and expected value and variance. - Deciding under the uncertainty of maximax, Wald, Huwicz, Laplace, and Savage. - Decision trees, trust and reliance. - Group decision-making, decision-making styles, advantages, disadvantages, decision-making using expert teams and evaluation of decision-making process quality (expert opinions, expert opinions, etc.). - Choice of decision-making style, psychological aspects of decision-making processes and credit test.
