Course content
1. Development of opinions and terminology of personnel management. 2. Personnel management and its processes, new roles, and tasks of personnel departments and personnel specialists. 3. Personnel strategy and personnel planning. 4. Recruitment, selection, and adaptation of employees. 5. Job interview step by step. 6. Motivation and stimulation of employees, incentive program of the company. 7. Personnel development and education of workers. 8. Meaning and types of personnel evaluation. 9. Remuneration of employees and new trends. 10. Corporate culture and its components. 11. Workplace Relations and Employee Care. 12. Ergonomics and OSH at the workplace. 13. Release and outplacement of employees, the importance of trade unions. 14. Capacity crisis in the Czech labor market.
