1. The position of the law of security and defense in the system of public law of the Czech Republic and the definition of the basic conceptual apparatus in this area. 2. Development of legislation in the field of security and defense from 1989 until now. 3. Legitimacy and legislation in the field of security and defense. 4. State security and defense from the point of view of Czech administrative law. 5. Fundamentals of criminal law with a focus on security and defense. 6. Europeanization of criminal law and incorporation of criminal law standards of the Czech Republic into EU law. 7. Legislation on police and judicial cooperation of EU member states. 8. European topics and preventive measures against them. 9. Standards of cooperation of security forces within the EU and the Czech Republic. 10. Information systems within the EU and their legal framework with the aspect of personal data protection and their misuse. 11. Basics of international humanitarian law. 12. Implementation of international humanitarian law into national law. 13. Basics of international health law and implementation of international health regulations in the Czech Republic.
