1. Definition of basic conceptual apparatus - risk, security and security threats. 2. Allocation of security threats and risks. ISO 31000 3. Development of safety legislation since 1989. 4. Legal framework of current security problems. 5. Legitimacy and legislation in the field of security. 6. Schengen area and its importance for security in Europe. 7. The European Union - legislation on police and judicial cooperation between Member States. 8. European themes and prevention measures against them. 9. Industrial accidents and natural disasters. 10. Standards of cooperation of security forces within the EU and the Czech Republic 11.
