Course content
1. The role of the state in crisis management 2. Crisis legislation. 3. Definition of crisis situations and other basic concepts from the crisis law. 4. Crisis management bodies at the republic level. 5. Crisis management authorities with territorial jurisdiction. 6. Legal framework of the integrated rescue system. 7. Rights and obligations of persons under the Crisis Act. 8. Inspection, violations and damages. 9. Branch legislation of crisis management. 10. Current security threats for the Czech Republic. 11. Creation of law in the area of security in the EU. 12. EU crisis management tools. 13. The European Commission and its tasks in the field of crisis management. International solidarity. 14. Resolution of crises in EU law.
