Course content
1. Introduction to the study of the subject, legislation and basic concepts; 2. Crisis management system of the Czech Republic, economic measures for crisis situations; 3. Crisis management bodies and mutual relations, security councils and crisis staffs; 4. Emergency and crisis planning, exercises of crisis management bodies; 5. Flood protection; 6. Critical infrastructure; 7. Information support for crisis management; 8. Defense of the state, security system of the Czech Republic, security environment and security threats; 9. Legal regulations, strategic and conceptual documents from the perspective of defense of the state; 10. Obligations of state bodies and bodies of territorial self-governing units in ensuring the defense of the Czech Republic; 11. State defense planning, National Crisis Response System for the needs of state defense management; 12. Resolution of crisis situations of a military nature; 13. Use of the Army of the Czech Republic in non-military crisis situations, preparation of citizens for state defense; 14. Crisis management and state defense from the perspective of international organizations, NATO collective defense.
