Course content
The subject content is to present the possibilities of teamwork in social projects of non-profit nature. It is a purely practical course aimed at direct application of the acquired theoretical knowledge and skills into practice. The emphasis is on the systematic theoretical solution of all phases of the marketing process as well as on their practical implementation. The contact hours are primarily oriented towards communication between teams in the pre-project, project and post-project phases, possible solutions to crisis situations and the search for new ways and possibilities to meet the project goal, as well as to promote creativity in continuity with the design, preparation and actual implementation of projects, which presents an important part of the course content. The basis of the course is the project-based method of teaching based on pragmatic pedagogy and the principle of instrumentalism, the essence of which is to direct students towards an independent approach to project development, towards gaining experience on the basis of practical activities (experimentation) and towards strengthening students' motivation and cooperative learning on the basis of teamwork.
