Course content
1. Media system. 2. Specifics of the Czech media landscape. 3. Czech media legislation. 4. Press Law. 5. Broadcasting Act. 6. Public service media. 7. News agencies. 8. Media market, media ownership in the Czech Republic. 9. News and journalistic genres and their use in MK. 10. Broadcast media formats. Music and film genres and their use in MK. 11. Introduction to media planning, basic concepts I. 12. Introduction to media planning, basic concepts II. 13. Summary and feedback on the course.
