Course content
Theory and technology of the field - circuits: 1. a) Wood, its structure and physical properties, cuts and directions of wood, anisotropy, macroscopy and microscopy of wood species, physical properties of wood. b) Titanium, tantalum, tungsten and their alloys - use. 2. a) Water in wood and wood moisture, forms of water in wood, technical moisture, drying, swelling, burring and hardening of wood, state of moisture balance. b) Technological operations for the production of parts by surface forming. Tahokov - production and use. 3. a) Mechanical properties of wood and its defects, flexibility, strength and hardness of wood, wood defects, defects in the shape of the trunk and wood structure, fungi and insects. b) Technological operations for the production of parts by volume forming. 4. a) Assortments of wood raw materials, veneers and lumber. b) What is a sandwich element? What is its use in practice, define deflection and bending stiffness. 5. a) Chip and chip-free wood processing - machines and tools. b) Physical properties of materials, division according to their stiffness E and density. Machining technology with tools with undefined geometry 6. a) Production and types of laminated and agglomerated wooden materials. b) Zinc and its alloys. Machining technology with defined geometry. 7. a) Supporting wood production technologies, natural and artificial drying, gluing, plasticizing and bending, modification and surface treatment. b) Corrosion. Surface treatment of metals. 8. a) Basics of joining wood, fixed and removable joints, frame structures, structural elements. b) Copper and its alloys. Making bells. 9. a) Production and construction of cabinet furniture, basic parts of cabinets, closing methods. b) Sandwich element production technology. 10. a) Production and construction of table furniture, division of tables, dimensions and enlargement of table tops. b) Foundry. Production of castings. Alloy. 11. a) Production and construction of bed furniture, distribution, dimensions and composition of upholstery. b) Alloying, alloys. Classes of aluminum and their use in practice. 12. a) Production and construction of seating furniture, basic parts, distribution and dimensions. b) 3D printing technology.
