The terms and duration of the internship are arranged by the student in communication with a company representative where he/she plans to do the internship. The recommended internship duration is 1 to 6 weeks, i.e. 5 to 30 working days. In exceptional cases, the institute's director or the studio head may approve an extension of the internship duration based on a written request from the student. During the period of duly approved professional practice, the student is excused from absence from classes and the workplace. The student shall inform the teachers and supervisors of the dates and duration of the internship before its commencement. During the commencement and performance of the internship at the professional workplace, the student is guided, among other things, by the guidelines set out in the Study and Examination Regulations of Tomas Bata University in Zlín and the supplementary directive of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts. Completed and signed internship application form. Certified proof of completion of the internship.
