Course content
1. Characteristics of Renaissance shoemaking, the level of shoemaking craftsmanship in the given era 2. Renaissance Chopines shoes (construction, materials used) 3. Renaissance shoes Soulier camus, Spanish shoe 4. Finds of funerary footwear in the tombs of Czech monarchs (textile slippers and shoes) 5. Findings of footwear hidden in private and public buildings for superstitious reasons (protection of objects) 6. Baroque types of footwear (guts, slippers, heel shapes, materials, production methods) 7. Equestrian, courier and postilion boots in the 17th and 18th century era 8. Definition of the basic types of Rococo footwear 9. The level of shoemaking craftsmanship in the Baroque and Rococo eras, the creation of the first shoemaking factories in Europe 10. Traditional folk footwear in the territory of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia (clogs, krapce, slippers) 11. Folk footwear for the ceremonial costume in the territory of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia (boots, wellies, slippers) 12. Production of turbans and costume wellies (technological procedure) 13. Craft production of clogs (technological procedure)

získat základní orientaci v dějinách obouvání a obuvnictví v éře renesance, baroka a rokoka barokní a rokoková obuv jako inspirace lidové obuvi ke slavnostnímu kroji popsat typy historické obuvi v daných epochách včetně archaických termínů rozlišit typy obuvi z jednotlivých historických epoch získat teoretické znalosti o konstrukci obuvi (způsob výroby - obracený, prošívaný, kolíčkovaný)
