Course content
1. Strategic analysis - market cognition (PESTLE analysis, Porter model, SWOT analysis). 2. Visions, missions and objectives of companies operating in cultural and creative industries. 3. Identification of customer segments, value for customer. 4. Business model Canvas vs. Lean Canvas. 5. Business models in an online environment. 6. The importance of human resources and corporate culture in business models. 7. Business Model Implementation Process - Business Process Management. 8. Unethical and fraudulent business models. 9. Regional and national tools support the implementation of the business model into practice. 10. Examples of good practice, creation of documents for your own business model. 11. Design of your own business model. 12. Defence of your own business model in colloquium.
