Interest in fine arts and creative processes: Students should have a basic knowledge and interest in fine arts, artistic techniques and processes. They must be motivated and enthusiastic about working in art studios and exploring different disciplines and specializations. Communication and collaboration skills: The internship at the Arts Management studio involves working with other students, educators and cultural professionals. Students should have the ability to communicate effectively, work in a group and contribute their ideas and opinions to art projects and activities. Communication in English is an advantage. Adaptability and openness to new experiences: During the internship, students will have to adapt to the specific conditions of the G18 studio and gallery. It is important that they are open to new experiences, different sectors within arts management and cultural activities, and willing to learn and develop their skills.
