Course content
1. visual communication 2. articulation of visual code - visual communication 3. image criticism - illustration and stylization 4. image criticism - a form of processing 5. specifics of visual expression 6. syntax of image fields 7. set of image fields in a thought context 8. artistic conception without direct connection to animation The student will learn simple formulations of pictorial communication and be able to use simple sign systems for narration in still images with a focus on the temporal component.
