Course content
Practicing writing skills: - Organizing and outlining ideas for argumentative texts - Identyfying types or arguments and persuasive language - Language means for synthesizing citations, evidence, and explanation Practicing speaking skills: - Preparation and practice of word collocations, speach forms and useful phrases for academic presentations.

Knowledge
Student´s language skills should be at B2 - C1 levels of English in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This corresponds with Upper Intermediate to Pre-advanced levels. Subjects DVU1 -angličtina pro výtvarná umění 1 , DVU2 -angličtina pro výtvarná umění 2, and DVU3 - angličtina pro výtvarná umění 3 should be successfully completed.
