Course content
- Working medium and control of the MS WORD text editor. Creating a document. Document properties. Setting up printing and page appearance. Inserting text. - Quick formatting of text and paragraphs. Working with formatting styles. Preparation of envelopes and labels. Work with header, footer. - Document templates. Letter templates. Create a new template. - Work with paragraphs, text flow control, column design. - Work with document outline, document nesting. - Tables in the text editor and text structuring. Work with graphics. Meaning of text fields, notes. Track changes. - Creation of contents and indexes. Processing of bulk correspondence. - Methodology for creating text documents. - Work environment and control of the presentation tool. Opening the presentation. Editing the presentation. Create a new presentation. Organization of images. - Printing of the presentation, materials for the presentation. Working with text. Text formatting. Paragraph formatting. Formatting with Quick Styles. - Graphic design of images.
