Course content
- The computer system, motherboard - Computer buses - Processor, memory - Hard drives, optical drives, disk array, external storage - graphic subsystem - Printers and other peripherals - Configure and build a computer - Introduction to operating systems (basic concepts, history, objectives, requirements on the OS, architecture) - Computer bootstrap and start of the operating system - The basic configuration and administration of Microsoft Windows OS - The basic configuration and administration of Linux OS - Operation windows applications under Linux - Connecting peripherals and data transfer - Introduction to Operating Systems Security
