- Logistics management, goals, principles, development. - Logistics management in industry (concept for logistics in industry) - Types of industrial production from the point of view of logistics (disconnect point, repeatability) - Management of production systems using RFID - Inventory management systems, economic order quantity model - Inventory management - constant order size method - Inventory management - constant order cycle method - Systems for material flow planning (MRP, ERP) - Just in Time (JIT) concept - Problems with the implementation of the JIT concept - KANBAN system - Scheduling and production planning - Preemptive and non-preemptive scheduling on one machine - Scheduling on multiple machines (parallel and dedicated machines)
