1. Introduction to private detective services. 2. Legal foundations of private detective activities. 3. Psychological, criminalistic and criminological aspects of private detective activities. 4. Ethical aspects of private detective activities. 5. Forms of private detective activities. 6. Methods of private detective activities I.. 7. Methods of private detective activities II.. 8. Means of private detective activities. 9. Cooperation of the private detective with lawyers, forensic experts. 10. Methods of detective activities in uncovering latent economic crime. 11. Intelligence cycle, security analysis. 12. Commercial offensive and defensive intelligence; assignment of seminar paper topics. 13. Presentation of assignments for credit. 14. Credit week, written work for graded credit, classification.
