Course content
1. Genesis and characteristics of self-defense. Martial arts, sports and system. Interventions of the human body. Basic attitude, position and movement. Rescue from holding hands DC. 3 principles of release from possession. 2. Regularities and myths about self-defense. Falling aside. Rescue from holding hands crosswise. Avoid before the attack. 3. Issues of necessary defense and self-defense. Rescue from holding the sleeves. 4. Problems of extreme need and self-defense. Rescue from holding hands in 3 levels. Direct subject. 5. Problems of self-help and self-defense. Rescue from holding hands at the back. 6. Legal issues of self-defense. Relationships and differences of legal norms. Rescue from holding the hull. 7. Problems of self-defense of men and women. Communication in self-defense. Rescue from holding the neck. 8. Characteristics of self-defense situation. Time, distance and technique of self-defense. Rescue from holding on to the wall. 9. Problems of attack and defense. Characteristics and terminology. Rescue from holding the dress on the chest. 10. Reasons for attacking a citizen. Human security. Combined release from possession. 11. Characteristics of the attacker. Personal safety. Basic elimination of attack. 12. The importance of education in self-defense. Combined elimination of attack with release from possession. 13. The importance of psychology in self-defense. Combined elimination of attack with blows and release from possession. 14. Self-defense and professional defense.
