1. Facility Management Methods The complex administration of property assets: e.g. Technical Services, Administrative Services, Centralised Services, Insourcing and Outsourcing 2. First Principles of the Operation and Maintenance of Technical Environment Resources and other Technical Equipment in Buildings; Routine Operations Management; Activities of a Routine Character; and the Exploitation of Computer Technologies 3. Technical Documentation, Operational Documentation; and the Electronic Administration of Documentation 4. The Methodologies and Organisation of Troubleshooting Defects and Faults, Defect and Fault Classification, Offensive Approaches Defect and Fault Occurrences, Probable Defect and Fault Occurrence Rates, Record-keeping 5. Planned Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Management 6. Stores and Warehouse Management, Inventory Control 7. Personnel Activities; Qualification Improvement; Operational Training and Testing; Motivation 8. Planned Reconstruction and Renovation, Repairs and Investments, the Financial and Physical Life-cycles of Plant and Equipment, Perspective Approaches to Major Repairs and Changes, and Modernisation 9.
