Course content

- 1. Introduction to the cell laboratory and work safety. - 2. Work in an aseptic environment and aseptic techniques. - 3.-4. Basics of working with cell and tissue cultures. - 5.-7. Cell viability quantification. - 8. DNA damage by oxidative stress. - 9-10 Evaluation of cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation using fluorescence microscopy. - 11.-13. Cultivation within scaffolds and evaluation of cell ingrowth into scaffolds using bioreactors. - 14. Eventual replacement of the laboratory task and awarding of classification credits.
