Course content
1. Work safety. Instrumentation. Methods of analysis of microorganisms. 2. Growth and multiplication of bacterial cells. 3. Influence of external factors on the growth of microorganisms in cosmetics. 4. Detection of specific microorganisms in cosmetic products. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of preservatives (stress test of preservation). 6. Demonstration of biofilm formation. 7. Methods for determining the antimicrobial efficacy of substances.
