Course content
- History of waste management in the Czech Republic. - Waste Act and related implementing legislation. - Types and categories of waste, catalog of waste. - Hazardous waste properties. - Waste management, use and disposal of waste. - Biodegradable waste. - Sorting and separate collection of municipal waste. - Composting of waste. - Waste burning. - Criteria for landfilling waste. - Stabilization and solidification of waste. - Selected types of hazardous industrial waste. - Unfair practices in waste management. - Waste as a valuable raw material.
