        - Using of enzymes, sources and preparing of proteins. - Protein purification, storage, activity measurement, protein determination.  - The mechanisms of selected enzymatic reactions, more detailed analysis of the function of selected cofactors.  - Biological membranes, transport, compartmentalization of biochemical processes.  - Transmission of sinals in neurons, signaling substances, information transmission through the membrane biochemistry of vision, muscle contraction.  - Immunity, antibodies, antibody preparation.  - Immunochemistry, the use of antibodies, biosensors.  - Blood, transport of substances in blood, clotting.  - Xenobiochemistry.  - Free radicals, reactive oxygen species, oncogenesis.  - Photosynthesis and CO2 fixation. - Alternative respiration, bacterial photosynthesis. - Secondary metabolites I.  - Secondary metabolites II.
