Course content
Discussed topics: introduction of the subject; - introduction to the issue; - theoretical acquaintance with the principles of Design Thinking and its methods; - introduction of the stages of the design process; - introduction of the knowledge phase and specific tools; - defining a design challenge; - acquaintance with design research methods and selection of suitable methods; - data collection and interpretation; - creation of insights using specific DT methods; - introduction of the idea phase and specific tools; - creation of ideas to solve the design challenge; - introduction of the prototyping phase of the service / product; - acquaintance with prototyping tools and techniques; - testing of proposed solutions, iteration; - team building.
