- The importance of human resource management. Development of opinions on the role of human resource management in the company. - Work organization and basic approaches to job design. - Employee recruitment, selection, and adaptation. - Professional training and development. - Employee motivation. - Employee reward management. - Performance management and employee evaluation. - Leaving of employees from the organisation. - Organizational culture and its components. - Caring for workers. Labour relations. - Creating of work environment and work conditions. Safety and Health protection of employees. - Trade unions and collective bargaining. - Information support for Human Resource Management. Personnel records.
