- terminological definition of culture; - types of culture; - communication as an element of culture; - intercultural communication and context; - intercultural competences; - cultural dimension (Hofstede, Trompenaars); - barriers to intercultural communication, ethnocentrism, cultural relativism, culture shock; - Nonverbal Communication; - language as a barrier to communication; - multiculturalism; - cultural intelligence.
