Course content
1. The importance of human resource management. The evolution of views on the role of human resource management in business. 2. Work organization and basic approaches to job creation. 3. Searching for, selecting, hiring, and adapting employees. 4. Employee training and development. 5. Employee motivation. 6. Employee remuneration. 7. Work performance management and employee evaluation. 8. Employee departures from the organization. 9. Organizational culture and its components. 10. Employee care. Labor relations. 11. Creation of the work environment and working conditions. Occupational health and safety. 12. Trade unions and collective bargaining. 13. Information security in human resource management. Personnel records.
