Course content
- introductory lesson - thematic plan, professional literature, course structure and its completion; - speech and language. Graphic page of the language; - Czech language: origin, development, current language situation - essence and function of language; - characteristics of the Czech language: language accuracy and language culture; language laws-methods of codification and attitudes to codification; - units and forms of the Czech language; - communication process and communication: topic and content, reception of communication; - stylistics as a linguistic discipline - subject and goal; - language code as a means of communication: differentiation and stratification of the Czech national language; - influence of stylistic factors on text style: objective and subjective stylistic factors; - stylistic characteristics of means of expression - linguistic stylization of the text; - stylistic aspects of text construction - text composition; - text segmentation: horizontal and vertical segmentation; modification of stylistic procedures; - stylistic range of contemporary Czech; - a final summary of the material covered.
