1. Critical art (feminism and queer art, culture wars, activism, social issues in contemporary art, institutional critique, postcolonial critique). Institutions, personalities. 2. Trends in contemporary world art (post-production, relational aesthetics, participatory art, post-internet art, globalization). 3. Analysis of assigned texts. 4. Excursions to Prague / National Gallery, private galleries. 5. Art in contemporary public space. 6. Institutions, galleries, prizes. 7. Analysis of assigned texts. 8. Excursion / Vienna.
