Course content
1) introduction to global as well as Czech contemporary art, part 1 (case studies) 2) discussion on a reading assignment, introduction into contemporary art, part 2 3) discussion on a reading assignment, a brief history of Czech contemporary art 4) excursion (KGVU) 5) discussion on a reading assignment, contemporary art in public spaces 6) excursion (eg. Jan Ambrůz: KŘÍŽE CESTY SOCHY KRAJINA LIDÉ) 7) museums of modern and contemporary art and their place in our society 8) virtual tour of a world museum (eg.
