Legal aspects of entrepreneurship and legal forms of entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic (choice of legal form, choice of type of company, trade) 3. Appropriate forms of financing, entering and setting up a relationship with an investor, business support 4. Life cycle of a business, establishment and dissolution of a business 5. Intellectual property protection - brand protection - trademarks, domains and other designations 6. Intellectual property protection product protection - copyright, industrial designs, utility models, patents 7. Intellectual property protection - counterfeiting and enforcement 8. Licensing
