Course content
|
The curriculum will include the study of pre-Romanesque, Romanesque and Gothic architecture in the western countries and in our territory. The knowledge of individual architectural styles will be complemented by the study of individual architectural typologies and ways of solving given contemporary problems. Emphasis will also be placed on the social, political, religious and other contexts of the time. Students will learn not only about the relationship between architecture and faith, but also about the individual personalities who played a role in the transformation of each style and style.
