1. Project, programme, portfolio, definition, interrelation of these terms, project roles. 2. Pre-project preparation, project justification (business case), project framework, logical framework, gameplan. 3. Project initiation, project charter, setting up responsibilities and authority of project roles, identifying and ascertaining stakeholder interests and expectations, creative technique of Stakeholder Analysis, Low-Tech Social Network game. 4. Project planning, planning the project scope, requirements gathering, WBS setup, work package description, creative technique Poster Session. Planning time and cost, creative technique Project Poker, activity lists, critical path. 5. Project risks, creative techniques for finding risk events in a project (Pre-Mortem). 6. Project Execution, Kick off meeting, Operational project management, methods for tracking actual project progress and comparing to plan, creative method CreaTrack. 7. Project changes, project crises and their resolution, project termination and evaluation, creative method Campfire. 8. Presentation of own project plans, use of creative techniques in project design.
