Course content
- The history of music from the early Middle Ages to the late 18th century. Overview of most significant composers and schools - Introduction to basic musical concepts (such as harmony, counterpoint, theory of forms) to provide students real clue to History of Music

The student is able to prove the orientation in the music of the nineteenth century. This orientation will be conditioned by governed by elementary insight into the systamatics of music. The course is intended primarily for students of audiovisual arts and should provide them with means for prospective communication with musicians in the course of their professional career.
